From designing and negotiating the largest nationwide supply chain in mainland China to being the first female plant manager for P&G in two different regions, Dawn Garibaldi has made a career out of bucking traditional trends. In 2017, she founded Amplify Strategy to help executive leaders deliver their extraordinary. I worked with her to craft a LinkedIn thought leadership strategy.
To kick off this project, I conducted an initial discovery to further understand Dawn’s goals, target audience, brand, and, most importantly, what she feels comfortable creating on LinkedIn. After talking with Dawn, two major points stood out:
